The room was super clean. I especially loved the hassle-free parking! the children's play area was a nice touch. I know my kids appreciated it. the location is awesome (the main strip is close!), and it made getting around really convenient. the staff was really courteous!
my breakfast was average, honestly. the selection wasn't the best (not as much variety as i expected).

the hotel is located directly across from a central mall (perfect for shopping!). access to the beach is very easy using the songtaew taxi service, making it super convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

i upgraded to a corner unit sea view upon arrival. the room was fabulous, very well laid out with tasteful decorations. i found all cooking and laundry facilities, even a hair straightener were provided. wifi worked very well throughout the building.
the rooftop swimming pool is amazingly beautiful, however, there were not many places to sit in the shadow.

the studio executive room had full cooking facilities and a large fridge with a washer and dryer. the bed was large, and i slept great, plus the sound proofing was excellent. i hardly heard a thing outside.

the pool area offers amazing views with a rooftop bar and children's water slides. i noticed lots of activities for children, and it was awesome to see them having fun. the property has a great location close to almost anything you could want.

the staff were welcoming and helpful; they were also very well trained. check-in and check-out went smoothly, and housekeeping maintained a high standard. breakfast was really nice with lots to choose from!!! the staff was exceptional, very friendly, and always helpful.
